Vivo today has launched its new smart phone in India under the pretense of bringing out the next revolution in the high end mobile phones. The company claims that this phone has been designed keeping in mind the needs of the smartphone users who are always on the go. This is the first smartphone from Vivo that does not feature a physical keyboard or keypad. Users have to enter text using their smartphones and the rest of the tasks can be executed directly from the device. In fact, the whole operation is complete with a touch screen.

Vivo has simply just launched a new smart phone in India named the Vivo Y33S which is its latest addition to the Y-line of mobiles under the Rs 20,000 bracket. This comes after the company recently launched the Y21 smartphone from India. The new Vivo Y33S features an Android 11 platform based on Marshmallow. The phone also features an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC along with 8 GB of DDR3L RAM.

The handset comes with two memory options – Secure Digital card (SD) and Non-Secure Digital Card (NVDC). The first one comes with a built-in memory card reader, which allows the user to import any other media files and also read and write data from the NVDC memory. Thus this particular feature lets the user to use the existing memory card in other mobiles that do not come with this memory card. The second option – the Secure Digital card – is capable of storing greater amounts of data as compared to the non-secure one. vivo y33s

Like the earlier versions of the Vivo smart phone, the latest handset also comes with a large, 5.5 inch capacitive touchscreen which is quite responsive and large enough for even larger fingers. Apart from this, the phone comes with a large, 12 megapixel main camera as well as a secondary, 5.5 megapixel camera that can be used for both video recording and self-portraits. The Vivo y33s also offers a high definition video camera, which offers users great clarity. Other notable features include a dual-mode radio which enables you to receive and send different frequencies for both music and messaging purposes, a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, a front-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a heart rate monitor.

At present, there are two colour options available for the Vivo Y33S smartphone – silver and mirror black. While the silver version is available in limited quantities, the mirror black variant can be ordered online or through selected retailers. The phone’s price tag does reflect on the colours available, with the Vivo smartphone costing about twice as much as the iPhone 4S and just a little less than the BlackBerry Playbook.

A lot has been written about the superior audio quality of the Vivo Y33S smartphone. The handset comes with an impressively large sound card which offers high definition recording. You can also use the built-in speaker to increase the quality of the sound coming from your smartphone.
